How to add Mynewterm to your School Jotter 3 website

It's really easy to add Mynewterm to your School Jotter 3 website, all you have to do is follow the steps below.

 

  • Make sure to grab your Mynewterm ID if you don't have this already.
    • Your Mynewterm ID will be a string of letters/numbers in the format:
    • XXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX

 

  • Go to the website page where you would like to add Mynewterm.

 

  • Click the Plus icon where you would like to add it on the page.

 

  • From the Add element window, click on Mynewterm.

 

  • A diagloue box will appear where you should enter your MynewTerm ID.

 

  • Make sure to select the correct option for either School Vacancies or Trust Vacancies, depending on what you need to display.

 

  • Click Save and publish to save your changes on the page.

 

  • In order to see Mynewterm working, you will need to view the website page from your main school domain.
    • For example, if your school domain name is myschoool.col.uk then this is the domain you need to go to so you can see it working.
